They have the BEST hard ice cream. There's so many flavors to choose from. My daughter loves all the different milkshakes. The line can get long on a nice evening, but it always moves fast. This is the best ice cream place around!

Tried out their ice cream for the first time. It was really crowded and there was a long queue there but the staff was really fast is taking and preparing orders, well done. Parking The parking was full, so we waited for a parking spot to get clear. You can park on the street too. What I loved about it. 1. Fast service 2. Good taste 3. Very generous serving size. I always take the kiddie size because I don't want to overdo it, but this one was large for a kiddie size. 4. Competitive prices Will go there again

If you have not tried this neighborhood ice cream spot, you are missing out! Awesome and unique flavor selection. Hard scoop and soft serve provides plenty of options. The front yard seating is generous and a perfect place to sit and enjoy your treat!

I was hankering for a chocolate milkshake so I gave them a try. I didn't realize they went up in price, but I would rather support the local guy and hope he helps the community in some way too. The shake was pretty tasty... probably the best you're going to find around. Picnic tables out front, ordered outside with a very large menu. Attached is a barber shop. I could see where parking might become an issue when it's busy there, just be prepared to park on the side street. No complaints from me.

Vic’s is the best ice cream in Rochester in my opinion. I love, love the Sea Salt Caramel Turtle. The owner is a lovely lady and the people who work there are friendly and always smiling.

I’m not a huge ice cream fan but some of their flavors are incredible! I can’t remember the full name of it but the blue monster is a delicious creation. Other than the parking lot being rather small, there’s plenty of outdoor benches to sit.

Awesome place. We visit often with the kids, tons of variety and fair prices. Recently we visited and ordered a ice cream cake for my sons birthday party. He wanted a super mario brothers theme. They knocked it out of the park! They went above and beyond to design and create a delicious cake, It looked (and tasted) awesome and everyone loved it. I HIGHLY recommend this place for ice cream, or cakes!

We love VICS!!! The service is always great and the flavors are amazing! They have flavors and items you can’t get elsewhere! I love the Dole Whip & my husband is a big fan of the cookie sandwiches. We’ve never had anything we didn’t love here!
